Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms", "Terms of Use") carefully before using the DZN mobile application (the "Service") operated by Malika Sagandykova ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Use of the App

No Account Required

You do not need to create an account to use DZN. The Service is designed to be used locally on your device without a login or registration process.

License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use on an Apple device that you own or control.

2. User Content Ownership

You retain all rights and ownership of the photos, images, and content you edit or create using the Service ("User Content"). We do not claim any ownership rights over your User Content.

Local Processing

You understand that the Service operates by processing your User Content locally on your device. We do not store, host, or view your photos on our servers. You are solely responsible for backing up your User Content.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

Apple App Store

Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase ("Pro Features"). All billing and transactions are handled directly by the Apple App Store.

Changes to Pricing

We reserve the right to change our subscription plans or adjust pricing for our Service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Any price changes or changes to your subscription plan will take effect following notice to you.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content provided by you), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Malika Sagandykova and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• To reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
• To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content or otherwise.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Malika Sagandykova, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
